Let's get pumped

Hey there, so, this is my first time writing a hub page so please bear with me. My goal for these pages, is to aid those in search of a better life of fitness. How many times have you told yourself you couldn't do something because you didn't feel comfortable with your body? Or perhaps walked past the mirror frequently only to find what you saw was not what you wanted to see? I have, and I still do sometimes, that's why I strive to feel the best that I can everyday through a variety of exercises, and that's what I want to help you do. Throughout a series of pages I hope to help you gain some insight on how physical fitness although strenuous, can lead to both strength of body and strength of mind. Tips on healthcare outside of exercise i.e. eating correctly, sleeping, other activities involving healthy living. I have quite a bit of experience on this particular subject, so I will do my very best to help answer any questions or concerns that you may have, and hopefully answer them in a satisfying and helpful way. Send me your questions I will be posting videos, with step by step how-to's with each exercise explaining it's effect on the body and when it should be done. We will be examining cardio, yoga, the process of muscle confusion and how to avoid plateauing, weight training, beginners Kenpo karate, and even a little bit of dance, dance? Yes I said dance. Are you as excited as I am? This process is about learning to step outside of your comfort zone, expand the mind, and blow past the ideals of "I can't" or "maybe tomorrow," sure you could wait till tomorrow, but as the saying goes "why put off till tomorrow what you could do today." Send me your questions/comments right away and let me know what you're thinking. While I will be posting videos on my own of certain workouts that I feel work the best, I need to know what your concerns and problems in regards to fitness are. Is it a mental blockade? Or possibly something like an exercise position question, your voice is just as important as mine in this respect, I will not judge you, that's not what I'm here to do, and that is not the type of person I am. One thing I will say constantly throughout my blogs: "change is not instantaneous," just as we as people do not react to change quickly or sometimes even at all, certain exercises might work the same for one body type as it does for another. Pictures and videos will be up soon. Any health professional will give you steps on how to look fantastic, a good health professional will give you the steps on how to look and feel fantastic. Make that a higher goal for yourself, the better you feel about yourself the more attractive you will be to those around you. We as people have a lot to give to the world, but we've got to take care of ourselves first. I'm very excited to get started with you and help shape you into the "you" you've always wanted to be.

I look forward to following your next hubs. I've recently embarked on a healthy lifestyle. I'm exercising and eating well. After 3 weeks, I'm starting to feel tighter and more toned. My mood has improved too! Reading positive hubs help to motivate me and keep me on track! Well one on your first hub! Voted up!
